Stockholm, 1940. Two amusement parks lie opposite each other. GRÖNA LUND, the respected and bourgeois alternative and NÖJESFÄLTET – cheap beer, strippers and live music. These parks share one dream – the complete annihilation of the other.

We are introduced to JOHN (25), the heir of Nöjesfältet (the poor park) and NINNI (22), the heir of Gröna Lund. John is an underdog/wannabe playboy whose enthusiasm knows no borders and Ninni is a whirlwind of creative ideas. Both dream of creating the perfect amusement park.

The two young heirs are set out to spy on each other, but instead, the most forbidden thing happens, John and Ninni falls in love.

A summer of secrets and lies; of sabotage and war, but more than anything a summer of magical love.

A film based upon real people and real events.
